Compound information

This blend puts a GHRH analogue and a growth-hormone secretagogue in the same vial. The two act through separate receptors, so they are commonly studied together to see whether the combined signal differs from either input alone. Ipamorelin is the selective member of its class, which keeps the readout cleaner than older secretagogues.

Research context

  • Combined GHRH and GHS-R1a receptor stimulation
  • Pulsatile versus sustained growth-hormone release
  • Somatotroph response in pituitary cell models
  • Additivity and synergy between the two signalling routes

Working notes

Co-lyophilized in a fixed ratio. Use the single compounds if you need to vary the proportion.

Reconstitution & handling

Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water introduced slowly against the vial wall — do not inject directly onto the lyophilized cake and do not shake.

  • Store lyophilized at −20 °C, protected from light.
  • Store reconstituted solution at 2–8 °C and use within the study window.
  • Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
  • Handle under standard laboratory practice with appropriate PPE.
Shipping & documentation

Orders are dispatched same-day when placed before 14:00 local time. Compounds ship lyophilized and are shelf-stable in transit; packaging is discreet and tamper-evident with tracking on every order.
