GLOW combines three compounds with separate mechanisms into a single cake: GHK-Cu for matrix and collagen work, BPC-157 for vascular signalling, TB-500 for cytoskeletal remodelling. It exists because dermal and tissue-repair studies often want all three at a fixed ratio, and preparing them from three vials introduces avoidable variance.

Working notes

Contains copper, so the reconstituted solution will be faintly blue and shares GHK-Cu’s light sensitivity. Fixed ratio — order separately to vary it.

Reconstitution & handling

Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water introduced slowly against the vial wall — do not inject directly onto the lyophilized cake and do not shake.

  • Store lyophilized at −20 °C, protected from light.
  • Store reconstituted solution at 2–8 °C and use within the study window.
  • Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
  • Handle under standard laboratory practice with appropriate PPE.
